I don’t see myself as someone who has achieved something major yet – Wizkid

Ayodeji Balogun, also known as Wizkid, has expressed that he believes his journey as a musician is only just starting.

He stated that despite receiving numerous accolades and achieving success on music charts and streaming platforms, he does not consider himself to have made significant strides in the music industry.

He said this speaking in an interview with BBC Radio 1Xtra.

According to him: “The journey is about to begin for Wizkid. I don’t see myself as someone who has achieved something major yet. For me, music is a forever thing.
