Social Media wasn’t a menace when you used it to address the Government as vagabonds and barbarians in 2014 – Mr Macaroni slams Femi Gbajabiamila

Mr. Macaroni, a skitmaker and activist, has responded to Femi Gbajabiamila, the Chief of Staff to President Bola Tinubu, who advocated for the regulation of social media, deeming it a societal menace. Gbajabiamila expressed concerns about the potential dangers of unregulated social media during a book launch on Thursday, February 8.

In response, Mr. Macaroni highlighted Gbajabiamila’s past tweets from March 2014, where he criticized the government using strong language. Mr. Macaroni questioned whether social media was considered a menace back then when Gbajabiamila himself used similar terms to describe government officials.
