I have saved not less than N110 billion for the FCT – Wike

The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has stated that he has successfully conserved a significant amount of N110 billion within his first three months in office.

Wike made this revelation during a meeting on Tuesday, November 21, held at the FCDA Conference Hall in Abuja, where he engaged with Estate Developers and Residents’ Associations. He emphasized that the funds saved would be allocated to various projects to expedite their completion.

“Three months in office, I can tell you authoritatively, I have saved not less than N110 billion for the FCT and this money will be attached to projects so that people will see indeed that the taxes we are paying are being utilized for the interest of the people,” he said.
