Tinubu returns to Nigeria one week after attending UNGA

On Friday, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu returned to Nigeria following his attendance at the 78th United Nations General Assembly, which concluded the previous week.

During the past week, Ajuri Ngelale, the Special Adviser to the President on Media, had not provided updates on Tinubu’s whereabouts, as he reportedly left New York on September 22.

For nearly a week, there was uncertainty about Tinubu’s location until his return to Nigeria on Friday night. Although unconfirmed reports suggested he traveled to Paris from New York.
