Nigeria’s tallest man, Afeez Oladimeji dies at 48 after a prolonged illness

Afeez Agoro Oladimeji, Nigeria’s tallest man and actor, has passed away.

The 48-year-old, who had been battling illness for an extended period, died at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) on Wednesday night.

The news of his demise was disclosed on Thursday through a tweet by renowned Twitter influencer, Pamilerin Adegoke.

In his tweet announcing Agoro’s death, Adegoke wrote, “Nigerian tallest man Afeez Agoro Oladimeji is dead after suffering from prolonged sickness.”

Prior to his passing, Oladimeji, who stood at a height of 2.25 meters (7 ft 4 in), was a resident of Sabo Yaba in Lagos State. He had been bedridden for the past eight months.
