Lawmakers now buying positions, there’s no more Democracy – Ndume
The Senator representing Borno south senatorial district, Ali Ndume has alleged that leadership positions in the 10th National Assembly are being “bought”.
The lawmaker stated this during an interview with Channels Television on Sunday.
According to him, kleptocrats and plutocrats are taking over the leadership of Nigeria.
“The position in the leadership of this country is becoming those that belong to kleptocrats and plutocrats.
“Democracy is no longer there. They are buying it already,” Ndume claimed.
