2023 Election: INEC’s Certificate of return is like our World Cup – Tinubu

Nigeria’s President-elect, Bola Tinubu, has said the Certificate of Return presented to him by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) is like a “World Cup” trophy.

He said this on Sunday when he visited the palace of the Oba of Lagos, Rilwan Akinolu

He said; “The journey that we embarked upon, we have returned home with a certificate.

“It is like our own World Cup and I thank you all for the effort.”
