Change of Naira done to boost the economy not cause hardship – Buhari apologizes to Nigerians
President Muhammadu Buhari has apologized to Nigerians for the hardship caused by the change of the Naira.
The Naira redesign has led to the scarcity of Naira in the country following its deadline in February
In a video clip posted on Twitter by Uba Sani, gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kaduna, on Thursday, President Buhari said the policy was meant to boost the economy not cause hardship to Nigerians.
‘’I apologise to you for the hardship caused by the change of the naira. It was done to boost the economy of the country, not to cause hardship to anybody, he said
Now that you are apologizing, what of irreplaceable damage that it has caused
Don’t bother to disturb yourself, apology not accepted
Just do whatever you want to do and leave
Nigeria will decide, wether to accept it or not
that is true……. but it’s not the right time to introduce that policy……
