Withdrawal policy: There is no Nigerian that needs more than 100k cash weekly – Reno Omokri
Social Media commentator, Reno Omokri has reacted to the new withdrawal policy set by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). The Apex Bank recently restricted the maximum cash withdrawal over-the-counter (OTC) by individuals and corporate organizations per week to N100,000 and N500,000, respectively.
Reacting to this Omokri expressed that no Nigerian needs more than N100,000 cash weekly. He said other than paying for transport fares or buying groceries, everything can be done cashless.
In his words; “There is no Nigerian that needs more than ?100k cash weekly. Other than paying bus conductor or buying groceries, everything can be done cashless. It is kidnappers, bandits and sexual bandits (urgent 2k girls) who are fighting this policy using political godfathers
Of course, that’s the bitter truth
My salary is not up to 100k, then I would I withdraw 100k per week, may Almighty God lift my hands up
