ASUU suspends strike, says it is conditional

The Academic Staff Union of University (ASUU) has suspended its eight-month-old industrial action conditionally

The union decided to suspend the strike after a six hour meeting of its leadership that started on Thursday night, October 13

Though the union is yet to make an official pronouncement, according to Punch newspaper an informed source within the National executive council disclosed the development
