Under the new total ban of motorcycles, Okada riders & their passengers will be arrested and prosecuted – Lagos police command says
The Lagos state police command has said that under the new total ban on motorcycles in the state which takes effect on June 1st, passengers and riders alike will be arrested and prosecuted.
