Nigerian intersex right activist, Nwangwu Eudora Ogechukwu has shared a photo of her National Identity Number Card with an “X” gender designation.

She shared this on Instastory with the caption “I get coconut head. I dey disturb Nigeria!”

An intersex is a person born with a combination of male and female biological traits.
