My daughter believed the injunction that says marriage is for better for worse – Singer, Osinachi’s mother

Mrs Oriaku Nmadu, the mother of the late gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu, has disclosed the reason her daughter refused to walk out of her marriage.

While speaking with members of the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists in Abia State, Mrs Oriaku said her daughter believed in the biblical injunction that marriage is for better for worse also hoping that her husband, Peter Nwachukwu would change

She said: “Osinachi believed in the biblical injunction that says marriage is for better for worse, and that was why she endured the marriage thinking that Peter Nwachukwu will change but unfortunately, my daughter died”.

Mrs Nmadu also disclosed that the children are now with one of her daughters
