Veteran singer, Charles Oputa popularly known as Charly Boy has taken a swipe at the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC and it’s Governors.

The actor in an Instagram post described the Governors as a group of stunning handsome bandits. According to him, The only good thing that is consistent about the Governors and the party is good photographs.
