Collapse of National grid: “We still have a long way to go, but we are headed in the right direction” – Buhari’s aide

Buhari’s media aide, Tolu Ogunlesi has reacted to the backlash that has visited the Mohammadu Buhari-led administration over the collapse of 19 power plants across the country.

Ogunlesi in a tweet stated that the rate at which the National grid collapses these days is a huge progress compared to 2010

He said though the country has a long way to go, it is headed in the right direction

He wrote: “From 42 griddle collapses in 2010 to 4 in 2020 sounds to me like the kind of progress we should be highlighting.

“Nobody is saying all is well, far from it. We still have a long way to go, but we are headed in the right direction. What we need to do is DO MORE!
