I wont be surprised if Mr Kyari is reabsorbed into the Nigerian Police Force – Adegboruwa

Human rights activist and Lawyer, Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa has expressed that he wont be surprised if suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police, Abba Kyari is reabsorbed into the Nigerian police force.

Kyari is currently in NDLEA custody for alleged links with an international drug cartel and prior to that, he was suspended over ties with internet fraudster, Hushpuppi

Adegboruwa in an interview on Channels Television, said he believes Nigerian police authorities are treating Abba Kyari’s case with laxity and if for any reason Kyari gets reabsorbed into the force it won’t come as a shock to him.

He said; “For the event that that happened on Monday through the NDLEA, I am just sure that one day we will just wake up and see that Mr Kyari would have been reabsorbed into the Nigerian Police Force. With all due respect, I think that was what Mr. IGP was working towards because if you look at the events, it would seem that the super cop was in the good books of those in power.
