“Our country is on life support but the managers of our affairs are worsening the situation by their financial rascality” – Peter Obi
Former Anambra state governor, Peter Obi, has condemned the recent approval by the Federal Executive Council FEC to spend $1.5 billion to carry out repairs on the Port Harcourt refinery.
Obi described it as a huge waste.
In a tweet he shared via his Twitter handle, he noted that Nigeria is currently on life support but those managing the country’s affairs are ”worsening the situation by their financial rascality.”
In his words;
”The news of the planned expenditure of a whopping $1.5 billion for Port Harcourt refinery repairs is worrisome to well-meaning Nigerians. In light of our precarious economic situation, it is a huge waste. Our country on life support, but sadly the managers of our affairs are worsening the situation by their financial rascality. -PO
that is all true…. only god can save us now…..
Government with lavish spending, when they are not the one who worked for the money
Why can’t they asked that how much is Dangote spend on his refinery before embarking on this
When you people were there, if you have done the right thing things would have changed for better
They are looking way of sharing money among themselves
The country and the leaders are confused.
