“Don’t make a joke of the LGBTQ community” – Doyin Okupe’s son, Bolu, tells actor Uche Maduagwu
Bolu Okupe, the son of former Presidential aide, Doyin Okupe, has advised actor, Uche Maduagwu not to make a joke of the LGBTQ community in Nigeria.
Both men came out as gay earlier this year. Bolu however in a video he shared online stated that although it is important for public figures who are gay to come out and lend their voices to the LGBTQ course, public figures like Uche should not make a mockery or a joke of the community.
”I am not a gay or LGBT police. I am nobody to declare who is gay or not. For all we know, the guy might actually be gay but I just feel like don’t make a mockery or a joke or a spectacle of the situation. Don’t make a fool of the whole thing. I feel like if you are a public figure, it is great to want to come out and bring awareness to it but don’t make a mockery of the situation. Like don’t make a fool of the whole thing” he said
hmmmmmmm…. he should mocked them well cuz they are a disgrace to humanity….
Both of them don’t even ashamed of themselves, they still have the guts to talk in public.
I think there’s law in the land that forbids this rubbish, then why allow them to be saying nonsense.
Bird of a feather flock together.
If both of you like make joke about LGBTQ, I am less concerned about that.
