As big as one’s head is, so is his or her headache. Nothing works in this country. I knew the time or era of prepaid meter. Everyone was compelled to get and install one for proper billing. But today under Buhari, its estimated billings and no one care. Mark my word within next two years, all this exercise of register and get NIN and upgrade your Sim which they are suffering and risking people’s lives will be abandoned. NEPA, or eddc or whatever they called are milking people’s hard earned money and their presidency or president is looking the other way.
