Lack of communication. The airlines staff should have infirmed their passagengers that the flight won’t be possible that day to avoid them coming to the airport. If bulk SMS were sent this ugly incident may not occour. Some people might have come from far place only to be told the flight has been canceled, how.can they go back or where are the going to pass the night since they came with hope of boarding flight not to sleep over. Bad organizational work by the airline
