It seems the governor is out of tune with the security situation of the country. Which proper documentation is he talking about. Do Fulani herdsmen that reside in the bush need documentation to enter the bush. Do bandits and criminals need documentation to enter their target places. The real Fulani herdsman is not voilet. He goes his business of herding his cows, but once he has misunderstang with any indgene of the state, he informs his master who in turn take the case to Mittey Allah who then organize a band of terrorists to invade the community, kill, Mame, rape and get away with little or no resistance. The Fulani herders will look innocent and pretend he doesn’t know what happened or who did. So for the governor to blame his traditional rulers smacks of his little knowledge of what is happening. The traditional ruler may know the local herders in his community who have been there for ages and these herders vouch for their families and colleagues in the that they are not voilent and are not the perpetrators. What each state need is its our security not the police that can not do anything
