2023: Tinubu has right to contest for President – Osoba
Following the 2023 presidency tussle, former Governor of Ogun State, Olusegun Osoba has expressed that the APC National leader, Bola Tinubu has the right to contest for presidency
“Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as an individual has the right to put himself forward, we have not zeroed in on an individual. Zeroing in on any individual will destroy our efforts now but Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has a right to pursue his own agenda,” he said
Speaking on a television programme on Tuesday, he also expressed that the South-West must unite and put its home in order to achieve success in the next presidential election.
According to the APC chieftain, there is a gentleman’s agreement in the APC that the South will produce Nigeria’s president in 2023.
He, however, noted that though “there is so much noise from the East”, nobody has contacted him or other chieftains of the party to show interest in running for president in 2023.
If they present him, no one will vote him
After all he did in Lekki
God will never allow him to rule us
Yes he is but there are other reputable people in the southwest region that are far better and quality than him that position…. He better go and sit down……
2023 is still far, I don’t know the politic you people are playing, if South East didn’t get the tickets to run and even win the 2023 presidential election. This country will be divided.
Of course everyone has right under Nigeria law to contest for any Post and at the same time citizens also have right to vote any of their candidates.
Nobody asks him not to contest then who are you dragging his contest with, wait for the 2023 and let’s see what is going to happen.
Instead of solving the predicament we found ourselves by you, reverse is the case you all focus on 2023 election. May God have mercy on us.
How do you know that all of us we be alive during that period instead of us to be begging Almighty God to spare our lives, our politicians with over ambitious. Nobody knows tommorow except Almighty God.
When the wicked rule the righteous too will rule to smiles on peoples faces
