Kankara students: Miyetti Allah clears air on involvement in negotiating with bandits
Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association (MACBAN) has denied they were involved in negotiating the release of students of Government Science Secondary School, Kankara, Katsina State.
The Governor of Katsina State, Aminu Bello Masari, had said the state government contacted Miyetti Allah to enter into discussion with bandits, in a bid to secure the release of over 300 abducted Kankara schoolboys.
However, in a report by the Daily Sun the National Secretary of Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association, Baba Othman Ngelzarma, countered the claim.
According to Ngelzarma, “unless the governor was discussing with the Katsina State branch of the association, but definitely not with the national leadership.”
In the same vein, the National President of Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore, Bello Abduallahi Bodejo, also insisted nobody contacted them or discussed with them over the same matter.
Bodejo said: “We don’t know the bandits and we don’t want to know them and we don’t have anything to do with them. No member of Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore even at local levels knows the bandits.”
They are saying the truth
It was with help US that those children was released and not with the help of any Miyetti Allah.
May be the miyetti Allah is among the bandits that terrorising the country we can’t but as come out to denied this piece of information, we will be expecting feedback from the state government.
We don’t understand this present government if they want to turn this country to the one that the will be the one ruling, I don’t understand why negotiate with the terrorist.
Can’t they conquer those terrorising the country in the first place? All these negotiating can’t take us to anywhere, we need to tackle insecurity once and for all.
What I’m very confident of is that one day God will surely expose those people who involved in carrying out atrocities and terrorising the nation in the expenses of over 200 million people. God will surely punish them for it.
