Any thing that has an advantage most times have disadvantage
Every thing naturally have good sides and bad sides
Netflix might have its advantages and disadvantages, so it is left for the users to choose the advantageous part of it and jettison the bad side
No one throws away the dirty bath water with the child

Because of the piracy that is why most the people prefer putting it on Netflix for people to watch or download.
