“Don’t be hesitant. Take the vaccine” – Nigerian-US doctor says after taking Covid-19 vaccine
A Nigerian medical doctor, Akpezi Oshobe has taken to Instagram to urge people to take the Covid-19 vaccine as she explained the need for it.
Oshobe who has been working in the Covid ICU, said she is one of the first 100 people to take the Covid-19 vaccine in Ohio, USA.
Giving her reasons for promptly taking the vaccine, she said: “I thought of all the lives lost… death certificates I had to sign and families that have been forever affected by this horrible disease.” She advised people to continue protecting themselves as they wait to get the vaccine. “Don’t be hesitant. Take the vaccine,” she added during a video interview.
As the COVID-19 vaccine is out, we don’t need to be panic or afraid of it. Once it works no qualms.
Hesitate to take vaccine when millions of people have died from the pandemic COVID-19 disease, then is it not the vaccine that we are clamouring for.
Kindly assist us in sending it to Nigeria because many things have been spoilt with this COVID-19 of a thing. Even with immediate effect without delay.
Hope with this vaccine of a thing you are talking about, hope there won’t be any side effects after taking the vaccine.
