By 2022 we will know if what we need is restructuring or Yoruba Presidency – Seyi Makinde
Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde has expressed that by 2022, the country will decide if what it wants is restructuring or Yoruba Presidency.
Speaking at the handover of 33 operational vehicles and 396 motorcycles to the Oyo State Security Agency, popularly known as Operation Amotekun in Ibadan on Tuesday, December 15, he noted that what Nigeria needs is security and restructuring. According to him, it doesn’t matter who the president is as long the nation is restructured, every part of the nation will feel the impact of the government.
He said;
“I have heard some of our political leaders jostling around and saying they want to become the president of Nigeria in 2023.
“I think what we need at this stage is to secure our people and restructure Nigeria. It does not matter who is the president in Abuja. In a restructured Nigeria, every corner of the country will feel the impact of the government. That is what we need.
“May God protect those running around for the presidency till 2022. By that time, we will meet and, by then, we will get to know whether it is restructured Nigeria or Yoruba presidency that we need.”
We need restructure in every aspects, some people will be working while some will just be spending the tax payers money without Care.
It’s only restructuring can pave way for the development of our nation because that’s where equity, just and fairness will be discussed totally.
Why can’t they make or implement 2014 confab report, or what are they still waiting for? You can’t totally condemn the report, not everything is not ok with the report.
Do we have Yoruba nation when you are talking about Yoruba president? We need to work together for progress of the country not for a particular region.

Whoever is coming to rule Nigeria as it is now is surely wasting his or her precious time because it is not going to work at all..o
People are fed up with the system and as you can see clearly, nothing, I mean nothing whatsoever is working out
