Parents of students abducted in Katsina stage protest, demand quick rescue of their kids

Parents of the abducted students of the Government Science Secondary School, Kankara, Kastina State staged a protest on Sunday, December 13 calling on the Federal government to promptly find ways of rescuing their their children from their abductors.

Some of the parents were seen carrying placards with the inscription ‘Government must speak out’, ‘We want our children back’ and ‘We want security in Kankara’.

It was reported that Armed bandits stormed the school in the early hours of Saturday, December 12 and abducted the children. Unconfirmed reports claim 600 of the students are yet to be accounted for.

  2. Do we still have president in the country? The way things are going is worse. Are they going to be kidnapping every year? Shame on the present government.

  3. If care is not taking terrorist will take over the country. There’s no place in the country that is save anymore, kidnapping of another person’s children and the government is contented with it. Haba.

  4. If care is not taking the government will now openly come out and denied it without the fear of God, we need intervention from Almighty.

  5. May Almighty God’s to our rescue, I don’t think those in charge of security doesn’t have hand in it. Why would they (bandits) kidnapped those girls without intervention.

    There is no security again and people are living in fear on daily bases and it looks as if government does not know what to do again

  7. That need to immediately shout to federal government for their children rescue because it happened some year back during chibuk girl….like play play things getting worse…so for this one not be like that…they need to get shouted to federal government.
