Kanye West named Gospel artist of 2020 ahead of Kirk Franklin, Travis Greene
Popular American Rapper, Kanye West has been named Billboards Gospel Artist of the year.
He won this to beat Kirk Franklin, Tasha Cobbs leonard and Travis Greene.
Others on the top 10 list are; Marvin Sapp, Kierra Sheard, Koryn Hawthorne, Maverick City Music and Jonathan McReynolds.
Kanye West was also named the top Male Gospel Artist of 2020.
He was followed by Kirk Franklin who sits at No. 2, Travis Green at No. 3 and Marvin Sapp at No. 4.
In 2019, Kanye released his first Christian-themed album, which stirred controversies online.
