“Umahi is upset with PDP because Atiku choose Obi as his running mate” – Wike claims
Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike claims David Umahi is not happy with PDP because Atiku picked Obi as his running mate instead of him at the 2019 presidential race.
Wike in a live broadcast on Thursday said Umahi has shown that he is an ungrateful man and should be mindful of the political future of the South East.
According to him, Umahi wanted to be picked as Atiku’s running mate but Atiku choose otherwise.
“Umahi was livid because he wanted to produce or he wanted to be Vice President. You don’t choose who would be the Vice Presidential candidate of anybody. Umahi was livid. What disturbs me, why do you think that if anything comes to the South-East it must be you. Why do you think so?”
“Umahi cannot talk of injustice when he practices injustice against the South-East zone by singly installing his two younger brothers; one as the PDP Zonal Vice Chairman and the other as the Deputy State Chairman.
“If he believes in equity and justice, will he be doing such? It is because he has planted these people that the State House of Assembly had such effrontery to give the National Working Committee (NWC) ultimatum to zone presidency to the East. Where does such a thing happen? No other party has done any zoning. You can imagine the level of selfishness,” he noted.
All of you are bird of a feather, no one is excempted in doing such either APC or PDP, once you get the power you get toxic.
All of the politicians are dictatorship, mo Matter who you are, you always want all your loyalty to occupy the any available space but many of you have forgotten that changes is inevitable.
A leopard can’t change its spot. Whether anyone of you defected to PDP or APC, I still wondering why you were always toxic of power just to occupy every available space.
Governor Wike calling governor umahi selfishness person, what of you? What do we call you? You are all the same, you shouldn’t try to exonerate yourself. Are you not the one who called PDP a tax collector? Do you think we have forgotten?
All these talks are irrelevant to me for now and I don’t think I am interested to know why umahi left PDP for APC
The country is so so bad that this their politics seem not to be helping the country in any way
that is foolishness in highest order
