What do you expect to see ina country where the government does not even care about its citizens not talking of the lower animals
A country where no basic amenities are given to the people and parliatives meant for the masses for coushioning the effects of COVID 19 is hoarded for their personal use
They will eat up the animals food and if care is not taken eat up the animals themselves
