Can electronic voting works in Nigeria? There are lots of manipulation in the country and if this electronic voting could work, it would reduce the cost of spending.

There are some people who doesn’t have smart phone, computer and so on and some are also illiterate which can not handle or don’t know how to operate the phone.

Though, it might reduce the cost spending on the manual but a lot of things should be put into the consideration before embarking on e-voting.
