EndSARS: My heart is broken for Nigeria – Rihanna
Popular R&B musician, Rihanna has reacted to the killings of EndSARS protesters at Lekki toll gate on Tuesday night.
In a tweet via her twitter account on Wednesday, she said it was unbearable to watch what Nigerians had to go through during the nationwide protests as the Federal Government has betrayed its citizens by sending the same people meant to protect them against them.
She wrote:
“I can’t bear to see this torture and brutalization that has continued to affect nations across our planet!
“It’s such a betrayal to the citizens, the very people put in place to protect are the ones we are almost afraid of being murdered by!
“My heart is broken for Nigeria man! What is just watched is unbearable to watch.
“I’m so proud of your strength and not letting up on the fight for what is right”

Nobody will see these massacred and will weep for Nigerians for the type of work that our military men carried out that yesterday night.
I’m deeply touched for what happened yesterday night at toll gate. Killing people like animals, this is so unbearable.
A human being with mercy in his/her eyes will deeply feel so down and sober for the type of work carried out with the people so called security that ought to protect lives and properties.
This is what we see in Nigeria
Brutes everywhere
Blood sucking country
God will judge them
God will not shame us
This level of evil we are face here in this country en
It was really tragic, innocent lives taken just for standing up for their right.
Thank you rihana, that’s our government bad…..they turn our security against the citizen. Is that the good government? May God take control.
Rubbish country
This is what they gives us after giving them power….
This is bad and they are just treating us like an animal… useless people…. God punish you
A human with a kind heart will deeply feel sorry for the protesters last night.
