EndSARS Protest: Airlines cancel flights in and out of Lagos

Some airlines in the country has announced the cancellation of all inbound and outbound flights to Lagos following the imposition of a 24-hour curfew in the state.

Lagos state Governor, Baba Jide Sanwo-Olu had declared the curfew following escalating violence in the wake of the End SARS protests in the state.

Also, activities at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA), Lagos, have been paralysed after protesters took over roads leading to the airport.

They have advised passengers to reschedule their flights for later dates

“All booked passengers on the cancelled flights are advised to reschedule their flights for later dates at no extra cost,”

  1. Instead of protecting the real protesters on #endpolice brutality you are the one unleash terror on them, God won’t forgive you if you don’t reverse your order. If they like council it if they don’t hummm.

  2. Who are those traveling with airplane? Are they not the one? The civil servants that you afford to pay #30,000 naira minimum wage for, are they the one traveling with aeroplane? Nooo. You better do the needful before another thing happen.

  3. If you loose the revenue and many other things you will come back to your senses that human lives is more important than anything. I’m still wondering why he can’t protest the real protesters before allow the hoodlums to take over. You can return their money if you like.

This will affect a lot of passenger that has already booked there tickets, it true you said they should schedule another date with no extra cost…but does that have an important thing doing in outside the country and all the emergency that are already give date to visit? May God have mercy on us.
