Please send disbanded SARS officers to us to fight Boko Haram — Gov. Zulum of Borno State
Borno State Governor, Professor Bababgana Zulum has asked police authority to send officers attached to the defunct Special Anti-Robbery Squad to the state to participate in the fight against Boko Haram insurgents.
Zulum made the call when a delegation led by the Minister of Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Argebesola met him at Government House, Maiduguri.
Zulum said officers attached to the defunct unit had played a role in countering insurgency operations by using their energy and aggression against Boko Haram terrorists.
He said, “We are not in support of brutality by any security outfit, but to be sincere, here in Borno State the efforts of SARS operatives in the counter insurgency operations need not to be overemphasized.
“They are doing a wonderful job in containing the security situation in Borno State. They have greatly supplemented the efforts of the Nigerian Military.” Zulum said.

If Nigeria police force can take disbanded SARS officers to the borno state to fight bokoharam, bandits and any other bandits. It will go a long way in fighting those insurgencies.
The governor of the year has spoken and we are concur with it because before this statement could come out from the governor, it has seen a lot and he knows more than us.
When governor zulum talk’s, I can’t dispute every single words he says because he is a man of integrity and he never trade his integrity with anything. I will always hold him high respect.

Good request coming from the governon, to stop the current protest in the country, the best thing to do is to send them all to fight book haram.
