Former Reality TV Star, Leo Da Silva has shared his thoughts on emotional abuse.
Sharing a tweet via his Twitter handle, he made it known that apologizing when one has done no wrong is emotional abuse as you have built peace on a lie which will further affect your mental health and empower someone that probably lacks emotional intelligence.
“Apologising when you’ve done nothing wrong is emotional abuse because you build Peace on a lie that will continue to affect your mental health and further empower someone that probably lacks emotional intelligence”, he tweeted.

If apologising will bring peace regardless of who is right or wrong,i don’t see anything wrong with that.

If you didn’t offend someone no need of apologize but once you know your offence apologize to the person you offended without further delay. That you show a sign of remorse.
Two things can not be overlooked in this issue you are talking about, the offence and the person you offended if there’s no these two things then why are you apologizing? It’s unfair to be abusing your conscience, let your mind be at peace with anybody.

sometimes you need to act like a fool for peace to rain.
I don’t think that you are saying the truth my dear,
because in a situation or condition that apologizing when the whole world knows that you are not guilty of what they accusing you of, i think is better to apologize for peace to reign. It won’t change your name or degrade your personality.
