I think tinubu had earlier said that he has no interest in 2023 presidential election and that it’s even too early to talk about that?

You are just making your own assertion because nobody can predict what it's going to happen tomorrow, you may be thinking arewa people are laughing at him but the reverse may be the case. Buhari had come three times but he didn't make it but when asiwaju supported him and he won, they may want to reciprocate this gesture. So no one can tell what's going to happen in the future.
