
Three persons die in boat mishap in Kaduna
Three persons have been reported dead in Kaduna due to a boat mishap.
According to SaharaReporters the victims Melody M, Isaac G., and James S drowned on their way to a burial ceremony in the Lamurde Local Government Area of the state, after the boat capsized.
The chairman of Lamurde Local Government Area, Burto Williams who confirmed the incident said the local government is making efforts to treat the survivors and will also foot the bill for the burial of the victims
“The accident is a very unfortunate tragedy that requires government to come to the aid of the people of the area who are constantly being ravaged by cascading water.
“Lamurde LG is making efforts to provide medical treatment for the survivors while the council will also foot the bill of the burial arrangements of the three deceased,” Burto said

Footing the bills of burying the people that died in this boat mishap and footing the bills of treating those that were injured in the boat mishap, is never what matters at all but finding a lasting solution to see that this mishap does not occur again is the major thing
From this news one will learn that this type of mishap occurs every now and then so the government should provide materials that can save the travelers lives when this mishap occurs and if possible provide better boats so that these type of mishap will stop occurring at all
