Buhari’s former aide, Maida dies at 70
Wada Maida, Buhari’s former aide and then chairman, Board of Directors of the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), is dead.
He died in Abuja on Monday after a brief illness.
The sad news was confirmed by a family member to the News Agency of Nigeria.
The 70-year-old was former Editor-in-Chief and later Managing Director of NAN.
Maida was Chief Press Secretary to President Muhammadu Buhari when he was military Head of State.
