This is the real problem of this country. We always think and act that detaining or jailing someone serves as good punishment to his offence. Its absolutely wrong. When one commit a crime against the state, he should be shot to death after conviction. This is how China become great and people are afraid to steal public fund. Magu supposed not to be granted bail at all until he is tried and convicted.
