In Nigeria’s constitution, a person of 18 years and above is considered an adult and will be treated as such. If her daughter commit an offence, she has to go in for it, as long as she has come of age. That should not stop the mother from carring out her life. But if i may ask, what kind of false possesion of document will keep one in Efcc cell. There are cases that are regarded as civil case and ought not be handled by Efcc
