Akeredolu’s wife, Betty, security aides test positive for Coronavirus

Wife of Ondo State Governor, Betty Anyanwu- Akeredolu has tested positive for Coronavirus.

This comes few days after Governor Akeredolu began self isolating when he tested positive for the virus.

The First Lady’s sample which was collected few days ago and that of security aides of the governor had returned positive on Thursday.

This was according to a statement by an anonymous source

“we are still awaiting the results of some media aides of the governor and some commissioners who interact with the state governor regularly”, the source said

He also disclosed that the samples of members of the House of Assembly and the traditional rulers who were seen mingling recently with Akeredolu will be collected for testing.
