How can government be so insensitive to the plight of common. Do they reason at all on some of the rules they dole out and its effect on the citizen. How can they limit that carrying capacity to 50% without recourse to the fare charges. A commuter bus that hitherto carry 18 passengers will now be compelled to carry only 9 passengers but charge the traveller 100%. A journey that normally charge 500naira is with this arrangement charged 1000naira and government carry on as if its ok. Its not ok. What a reasonable government should do is to subsidize fuel so that transporters will not transfer the pandermic burden to the travellers. Unfortunately Apc led government is busy hiking fuel and marshalling orders called guideline for us. Its pathetic]]></description>
