For the issue of rape to be properly addressed, there need to be a reorientation starting from the laws, then to the parents and then to the male and girl gender

Until lawmakers enact strict law, executive sign and judiciary carry out the law accordingly, without that perpetrators won’t stop carrying out this dastardly act. They should be dealt with severely if caught.
