I passed thru Lokoja on my way to Abuja in 2012 from Southeast and the dusty town, sorry, capital was like a local government headquarters in one of the Southeast states. Two years later the town Lokoja is worst than a council headquarters yet this clueless governor won reelection. Now he is toying with pandemic that had claimed so many lives.
