Innocent Idibia, Afrobeats singer better known as 2Baba, has described Nigeria’s political system as a total joke, saying that criminals, who are bent on ruining the country, have held it to ransom.

The 44-year-old Afrobeats legend took to his Twitter page on Thursday, where he expressed his annoyance with respect to the state of the nation.

“Naija system is a total joke. Criminals have hijacked naija. Men and women that have dedicated their time 2 make sure that naija will carry last.. No shame. No dignity. No honor. I pray the young men that have entered the system will do their best to influence positive change,” the tweet read.
